Here is my Scenario:
A customer fill out a web form on our website. A lead is created and awaits review and assignment to a salesperson.
I want generate a thank you e-mail telling them we received their inquiry. that part is easy. I can do that.
The next part is the tricky part. When the Sales Administrator reviews the lead and assigns it to a salesperson I want to then initiate a e-mail back to the lead that introduces the Salesperson and provides contact details. I want that e-mail to appear as if it is coming from the Salesperson who was assigned.
I am having trouble figuring out how to do this part of it. I can set up an e-mail to come from a specific e-mail address at a specific time, but I would rather have a generic template that will draw upon the info we already have in the lead record (including the name of the salesperson assigned) and that salesperson's user info in Zoho.
