I have been using Zoho Projects for a while now and have a few issues that I am wondering if you all might have insight into.

I manage web projects. I have more than 100 clients running their projects at the same time. Every project gets assigned the same project template with project phases and tasks. I have set some as external and some as internal.

1) Clients can see all tasks all the time. I don't want them to see the task until it is assigned to them. Is that possible?
2) I have pre-populated all of my forum posts and attached them to the tasks, but I can't "send" the posts to the clients when I want them to. I have to add a comment in order to be able to "notify" them. Is that normal behaviour?
