We currently use Spiceworks and I am now testing Zoho Desk as it has more features especially SLAs and reports.

Attached is a dashborad we use quite a lot as our agents need to make sure they complete 8 hours or work Mon-Thurs and 6.5 on a Friday.

I have managed to create the port to show time spent on a report but I would like to create a daspart similar to that attached.
