Help with domain, email, servers needed PLEEASE!

To make a long complicated story as short and easy as possible:
 
I dont understand anything about hosting, servers or anything included in that! All I want is a simple solution with a simple explanation.
 
I bought a domain from Zoho and was set up with email.
To be able to have my webstore I signed up with webs. Webs could not show my store without having the servers set to them, which i did, but than Webs didnt not support my own HTML design, so my designer is hosting my website on her name server as a sub domain.So the design is on her server and she feeds the webs store page through her server. But she does not have the possibility to set up emails.
Webs customer support told me that I have to speak with the registrar Wild West domains (I signed up with Zoho, why is there another registrar????) Wild West told me to speak with Zoho and Zoho just tells me to change my MX, which I cant do as the name servers are set to the designers server,
 
So what i need is my original domain email! What do i have to do, to get my design from my designer and the webs store and my own domain email? Please explain as simple as possible and provide me with a solution that works!
 
Should i buy another domain, have the design and the store on the new domain, have the emails set up on the original domain and forward, mask, park???????
