I am in the process of getting email sync working.
We use Google Apps, so as indicated, we had our sysadmin set up the Zoho add-on so we see «Zoho CRM» appear on the google apps menu.
Following the instructions, I select Zoho CRM (which takes me to the CRM). Then I click on the Settings icon and click Setup > Extensions & APIs > Google.
However, when I get to the Google section, I understand that I am supposed to see an "Email" section. However, I only see "Contacts" and "Calendar". Where is the option to configure my email account?
