Need to run a report that will show the following info:
For Example:
Timeframe: Last 7 days
Salesman #1 - 10 leads created, 5 have email address, 5 do not.
Salesman #2 - 18 leads created, 12 have email address, 6 do not.
Salesman #3 - 42 leads created, 2 have email address, 40 do not.
