When you assist Zia with her email or give her feedback, it's like helping a friend. You both get a chance to learn and improve together. It strengthens the bond between you and Zia, creating a supportive environment where both of you can thrive and achieve common goals.
Here are some key points to note:
- All feedback provided by users will undergo manual verification and be used to train the Zia algorithm.
- Users can share additional thoughts about Zia in the Feedback if any section.
- Checking the user consent checkbox is mandatory to enable the Submit button.
- The 'Help Zia' option will be available only when the email intelligence feature is enabled.
Note: Users can expect delays with changes after providing feedback as Zia requires a certain quantity of data to be trained and updated.
Why user consent is vital for this feature enhancement?
By selecting the user consent checkbox, you automatically agree not to disclose any personal information. When you click email without my personal info, a pop-up appears, providing you with the option to specify which personal information you wish to disclose to Zia and which information you prefer to keep hidden.
