help! zoho mail is offline in outlook using IMAP

We have many paid accounts for fitsupply.com and discountonlinefitness.com we all use outlook. It shows offline for all of us. Sometimes it goes online then back offline again. Is there an outage with your servers ?? How soon will this be resolved?
