Hi ! doesn't recieve Mails with identical SUBJECT fileds

for example:
In my Inbox i have a message with subject "TEST".
If my partners send me a mail with same subject ("TEST") - the message does not receive.
the subject must be the same (case sensitive)/

is it a bug or feature ?
