Hi, how can I pull up a list of all outstanding tasks and not just my own?

Hi, how can I pull up a list of all outstanding tasks and not just my own?

I need to be able to view all users outstanding tasks in order to re-allocate or action but all i can see on my home page are my tasks.

is this doable? if so, how do i do it?
