I have hidden potentials in my reports which I can't make visible in any way but which are counting in my totals. For example if i look in "key accounts" than there are empty lines in the report and if i calculate by hand the sum of the potentials than i can only conclude that the empty line contains an potential which probably has been deleted before, but which still counts in my totals. I have been reloading, recalculating , computing all, computing month by month, but whatever i do the error is still there and since i can't see the potential anywhere i am also not able to adjust it to zero.
Please help because my reports getting useless if they are incorrect.
