Hi,
When using the Agent Status Schedule, agents who are off-shift or on vacation are automatically set to Offline — but they remain visible in the Users list alongside agents who are actively working.
This makes it difficult for supervisors to get a clear picture of who is actually available during a shift.
Feature request:
Please provide a way to either:
- Automatically Hide agents from the Users list when they are off-shift or on vacation, or
- Clearly distinguish them with a dedicated status (e.g. "Off Shift" or "On Leave") so supervisors can instantly see who should be working and who should not
Ideally this should integrate with Zoho People shifts and leave management, so that an agent's schedule and vacation status automatically reflects in Zoho Voice without manual configuration.
