High CPU usage caused by Desktop Sync
I have been using Zoho Docs Desktop Sync for a while on several computers without any problems but I recently installed it on a new laptop and although syncing works, the
Zoho Docs application utilizes 30-45% of my processor consistently . I do not have this problem on any of my other computers
OS: Windows 8.1, 64-bit, fully patched/updated
Application version: Zoho Docs 1.4.4
My computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon. This is my second X1 Carbon. I returned my first X1 Carbon a few weeks after ordering it to upgrade the display and Zoho Docs Desktop Sync worked fine on it. When I received my second (current) X1 Carbon and installed Desktop Sync I immediately noticed the high cpu usage. The only difference between the two computers is the resolution of the display. Could that have anything to do with it?
