HighRise to Zoho CRM Import Flawed

We just tested importing leads from 37Signal's HighRise to Zoho CRM. The main caveat was that multiple emails and phone numbers in the HighRise CSV file were lumped together (even after correctly mapping columns) into single email or phone fields in Zoho.

For example, if a HighRise record had two emails, work and personal let's say, they were imported into Zoho contact's Email field literally as "first@domain.com, first.last@domain.com" (minus quotes). We had to manually fix dozens of emails and phone numbers that were not properly mapped.
