1) Let everyone know that it is NOT possible to migrate data from Highrise (37 Signals) to Zoho CRM. The reason why, is Zoho needs a csv. Highrise only export contacts via csv. But if you want all of the notes, documents, history etc. Highrise only can export that via a .zip file with .txt files for each customer. It is a lot more complex than a simple csv.

2) To ask that Zoho add this as a conversion feature. To build this in. Zoho's assumption was that everyone can export all data to csv then Zoho can just map the fields. That is wrong, so they will need to build a custom mapping of all of the data files from highrise.
