Ho to calculate Allocated vs Actual resource utilization
Dear Zoho Team,
Currently i use the free Zoho Project, I have several questions regarding resource allocation in timesheet.
1. Can i record the estimated resource allocation for each team member ?
2. Can i do the gap calculation between Allocated and actual resource utilization ?
For example, i will put Member A to project One with 50% allocation time and to project B with 50%. But while the project run, the actual utilization become Project A = 20%, project B = 80%.
How to manage that case ?
* I use the free plan, so i can not try the timesheet management by now.
