Horrible CRM

Not a good CRM

Lets see in the last 15 minutes i experienced the following.

1- Created new module for company than tried to sync with outlook using app. Turns out you can only sync 3 modules with Outlook. Not being able to do this is a deal breaker

2- Chat feature keeps appearing every time i try and use Zoho. Only solution according to support (who've been great by the way) is to either switch browsers or clear cookies and cache.

3- Get error message every time i try and send an email. With or without an attachment. No point in having the feature if it pukes every time you want to use it. Also see #1 if this feature was available could be a work around for this one.

Overall very poor experience, we're getting busier and Zoho get less reliable.
