Meetings are essential for any project management companies. Agile project management meetings are mostly conducted for sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective and general meetings that include ad-hoc discussions, backlog changes, or any other general project related discussions.

These discussions help users to keep tabs on their work, get insights on how a task can be efficiently handled, and make key decisions, etc.

While these meetings are so important, Zoho Sprints didn't have the option to initiate meetings in a click. An external application was mandatory to conduct meetings. We noticed this and wanted to ensure that the meetings are conducted effortlessly.

Now, in Zoho Sprints, you can host meetings without relying on any other applications. You dont need to invest in any third-party applications or install them from the marketplace. Create a new meeting with Zoho Sprints as your meeting provider. Just click the Start button to initiate an online meeting directly from within Zoho Sprints.

If it is an offline meeting, the MOM (Minutes of the Meeting) can be added in the comments section.

The recorded session of the online meetings and chat transcripts can be downloaded for future references.
