Host not reachable

I am trying to forward emails from Zoho to Microsoft Office 365 servers and getting a large number of Host not reachable errors. some messages make it to the other mail server and others don't. Microsoft doesn't see any errors on their side but I see quite a few errors on the Zoho side. ANy ides on what this could be?
