Hi,

We're having issues sending to certain domains from Zoho. The problem only seems to be happening with 1 email account in our system, and it only happens when sending a 'fresh' email. We don't have any issues when replying to a message.

This is the error message: " Temporary failure when delivering email to the recipients. Emails in queue will be retried automatically." 

The message never actually sends. I've tried deleting the user account and then re-creating it, but that hasn't solved the problem.

We're getting errors with domains using qmms.com, apha.gov.uk and btconnect.com - among others. No other service providers (gmail, hotmail etc) have these issues.

Please help!
