Is there a way to create an automation to alert the admin user, through email, that a customer was unable to subscribe to a plan through a hosted page with the reason that the subscription failed?
Like on the Notifications>Organization:
"(customer email) was unable to subscribe to XXX plan through the hosted page. Reason: there was a problem processing your request. Please try again later or contact us at
(admin email) for further assistance."
There is also a report on Lost Opportunities where it logs all the customers who failed to sign up.
I need to create an email alert when these error events occur on the hosted payment page.
