Hi,
I am trying to switch my emails over to you, my primary email has been found and all the other emails with that same domin name keep coming up with "user not found".
I have changed the MX records and from my understanding that is the mx records for the domain and not for each email address (I don't fully understand this so want to cinfirm this).
Beyond that have tried different settings at your end, tried adding the email addresses to zoho accounts.zoho.com and then logging out and logging back in and trying to add it to the migration and yet again "user not found"
HELP!
I have spent 4/5 hours and only got 1 of my email addresses over to you so far...
Loosing the will to live!
