Does anyone is using BigCommerce to host their web site ?

I need some help in configuring the Email settings between Zoho and BigCommerce.

We can send emails but not receive them on Zoho; if we change the CNAME on bigcommerce then the url will not refer to the web site but rather to the Zoho Mail login page !!
