The Gantt is a very usefull tool and there are many companies that have now only gantt oriented task managments software. The Zoho Projects is of course something else and extremely powerfull. But with power they also come the problems. The gantt is not that intuitive, you should check teamgantt.com for ideas :). This app can not ofcourse be compare to projects. Zoho has 1 million advantages, but the gantt tool they have is very good!

Anyway, my idea for you team is an hourly view. So you can change the time of tasks of a day. In my case i have many tasks of 30min and 1 hour and the result is as on the picture...
