I have been in sales for 20+ years and used everything from Salesforce to Zoho. I have a suggestion that may help many sales people using this system for daily prospecting. As most sales people are accustomed to doing, we make calls daily. We need to be able to see enough information on an Account to make the right decision to call now or later. To do so, you need more information on the Account and at the minimum an address including city and state.
In my world, I have a sales territory that covers several time zones (actually a minimum of 4). It would be very good to have a hover over feature on each Account Name (I call them Prospects) to see where they are located. That way I save time and don't call them at 6am when it is 9am Eastern U.S. time zone or I don't call them when they typically may be at lunch around 12-1 pm. This one feature could minimize the amount of work I spend looking at multiple pages just to make a single contact (phone call).
