How are you sharing your reports with others in your organization?
Would anyone be interested in sharing an overview of how you share your Zoho Reports in (or out of!) your organization? I'm interested to know what sort of practices you're following, since this is my first time building and sharing reports.
There are more than 30 people in the organization, but I'm the only user of Zoho Reports.
I produce a weekly business development dashboard that is based on Zoho CRM data plus a couple of other data sources. I export it as a PDF and e-mail it to all-staff.
I also created a small password-protected wordpress website where I embed a number of other dashboards using the embed feature of reports. This allows users to see the live data and take advantage of the interactive features of reporting without having to log into zoho reports. The reports are public without requiring a login but protected by being embedded in an otherwise private website. It's effectively an intranet.
So how are you sharing your reports with those who do NOT have login access to Zoho Reports?
