How can apply tax on basic fare only

Dear Zoho Team,

I am a air ticketing travel agent

I have one problem in invoice regarding tax

Example:

I Have sell air ticket & create invoice for my customer

Rs. 3000/- Basic fare

Rs. 2000/- Airline tax & other tax

Air ticket total amount Rs. 5000/-

I want to apply service tax 0.75% on basic fare only

how can possible it
