Once a year I would like to send an email to my existing customers and ask them to update their own profile, within a form. Therefore I would need an individual link that with direct connection to the database record.
This feature is very powerful, because you can use it to enhance dataquality and even gather more data with surveys or subscribtionforms.
Does ZOHO provide that opportunity? Is there a workaround?
