I am setting up for Leads and Potentials. All of our quotes and proposals are generated using D-Tools and the quotes as well as all related documentation(including CAD files) is stored on the company server. Rather than upload all of these documents to ZOHO, I want to be able to search for the link to the folder and then click on that link, opening up the folder so that the users have access to all the engineering notes, etc.. and can then make notes or comments in ZOHO CRM.

I tried adding a field for URL, but that doesn't work, presumably because the locations are addressed as a location on a drive on the network and not a location on the web. Is there a solution currently present of pending?
