How can I add a new field with formula?

How can I add a new field with formula?

Hi, I'm new at Zoho CRM.

I'm having trouble about adding new field with formula and fill it for all my Proposals.

For exemple:

New field =  '(Field)Total * 2'

I want all Proposals with this new field. Only way I found was editing each one and saved it to refresh this new field.

Is there a faster way to do this?
