How can I be receiving a visitors name and contact info if they have not initiated a chat?
Today I received a SalesIQ notification that someone visited the website and it included their name, email address, and phone number. However the person in question did not initiate any type of a chat session, not today, nor ever as far as I can see. So how is it possible I am receiving their contact info? I did a test and SalesIQ won't even let me submit my info without submitting a chat message. Please see additional screenshots below.
