How can I change the default email?

I log on as ash.hakopyan@dietandfitnessatoz.com but the email address that the account shows is admin@dietandfitnessatoz.com. How can I make ash.hakopyan my email address with which I can send and receive with? I can't get rid of the admin@ email.
