How Can I Change The POTENTIAL Name That is Automatically Created by Lead Convert Process

Is there a way I can change the POTENTIAL name that is created when a LEAD is converted?

Currently I get the Account name with a hyphen after it (no space)

I am trying to reduce keying required and would like to be able to have the Potential name crated during the convert process to be:

[AccountName] - [ProductNameFromLead]
