How can I Convert my users to Zoho mail from Gmail for better integration and to assist with zoho email capacity issues since no one is using it

We moved to Zoho and gmail a few months ago.  Most of my users still use gmail exclusively.  How can we recreate all the same folder structure in zoho email as in gmail?  Our storage per user seems to be nearing capacity.  Any email strategy to start using this would be very beneficial.  Thank you.
