I have a report which is using information from Contacts and Potentials.

Actually, my report finds me the Contacts I haven't already mailed (via a custom field) and for whom at least one Potential has a closing date in the past.

I would like to create a mass mailing to these Contacts only (resulting from my query above).

I wanted to check if this was possible before upgrading to a paid account.

Yet:

- I cannot test mass mailing since it is not available from a trial account

- I can't see right now how I could Mass Email from the report view (looking several articles in Zoho Help Center and this forum)

I wanted to gave a try with macros:

- But I don't have access to the macro button in the Contact Module homepage (as described in the help center) - I still didn't figure out why

- And I don't know if that would work to execute a macro on contacts from the report view (seems like the same issue as the Mass Mailing)

Note that I can't create a custom view on the Contact Module because I need to query also the Potential information and the Custom view doesn't allow it.

Do you guys have any solution or any tips  using Zoho only ?

If not, I will probably have to export my Contacts (from the report results) and use a third party mailing tool (MailChimp or else) but that would be a pity because I'd rather have everything in Zoho.
