How can I create a Zohobot that leads to a specific operator or team?
Hello Zoho Community.
I'm coming here to ask for help in the following situation.
I'd like to create a Zohobot that based on a few questions, it routes the chat to a specific operator or a specific team.
My idea is to create a dialog flow like the following:
The chat starts on the first message sent by the visitor, after its sent, the chat bot returns the following answer: "How may we help you today?", giving two possible answers: "Help with Ideris Store in Store" and "Help with Ideris HUB", depending on what the visitor chooses, something happen. If the visitor chooses the option "Help with Ideris Store in Store", the chatbot asks the following "What are you looking for?" and gives 3 options, each option routes the chat to a specific agent. If the visitor chooses the option "Help with Ideris HUB", it is routed a team (10 agents).
I'd like to create this bot as the bot on CRM works:
Can somebody help me with that? Just find out that creating a zohobot is way too dificult.
If someone can help me with that would be fantastic :)
