MS OutLook allows the creation of categories - a helpful tool to group contacts.  For example, if you wanted to create a category within OulLook for all contacts with green hair you could create a GREEN HAIR category and tag all relevant contacts.  Similarly, you could create a category for NEW ZEALAND.  In short, CATEGORIES can be a very useful tool to sort/group/sub-sort/link CONTACTS.  ZOHO CRM does not import categories created in Outlook.

 

How do I create CATEGORIES (or something functionally similar) in ZOHO CRM?
