how can I create new account by deleted account mail ?

I created two accounts to test zoho business and then I deleted the two account.

Now I want to use zoho by the mail address that I deleted before.

It told me that i can not use the user name.

I would appreciate it if you can check the infomation of tsai@protocolor.com (username : nicoletsai) and mailcxy@gmail.com in Zoho, and so that I can create new zoho account with these two mail address.
