How can I customize which fields are shown when I choose "Leads" and a list of them shows up?

How can I customize which fields are shown when I choose "Leads" and a list of them shows up?

Hi, I am new to Zoho CRM and so far I am enjoying how customizable it is.

However I need to see different fields in the list I get when I choose the Leads module. I found a lot of information on how to customize fields when I open one lead but I need to customize the list of leads.

How can I do this?
