How can I easily import email addresses if they do not have a v.card?

How can I easily import email addresses if they do not have a v.card?

I have about 100 contacts that I use on a daily basis and would like to be able to easily add them to Zoho but it wants me to do it individually or import in a certain format which I do not have.  They are listed in an excel spreadsheet.
