How can I edit which columns show when I click on the leads module?

Hi, I'm trying Zoho CRM for the first time and I'm enjoying how customizable it is.

However I seached how to customize which columns show up when I click "leads" and the only thing I find is how I customize which fields show when I edit a specific lead. To clarify I want to show different fields on the list of leads.

What am I missing? this is surely editable...
