I'd like to forward my zoho mails to windows live mail, where all my other emailaccounts are forwarded to.

However, I'm stuck.

They ask me server type "POP" or "IMAP"

I also need to fill out the server's address from the incoming as well as the outgoing email.

Can you please help??
