How can I get the special mail client in CRM?

How can I get the special mail client in CRM?

First I tested ZOHO for a time - than I decided to use the professional version. During the test time there was a special mail client like outlock integrated.

And now - there ist no special mail-client?!

What can I do?

I speak german much better.
