How can I get zoho calendar to send appointments out in ical form?

How can I get zoho calendar to send appointments out in ical form?

I am using chrome on windows 7.  I would like the appointments I create on my calendar to be sent to attendees in ical format is that possible?  It would be preferable to have the format configurable for each person separately.
