How can i hide submit ticket or any ticket links using CSS

How can i hide submit ticket or any ticket links using CSS

Hi, I dont want the ticket option in my help center and I don't want to hide it too. Instead, I want to redirect the link to another URL as I already have a ticketing system for my website. Please how can i do this using the CSS, to redirect the button function to a URL? I am using the Elegant theme. Additionally, please is it possible to hide/remove the sign in box option using CSS but leave only the sign in with social media?
