How can I insert a field that shows the sales rep that prepared the estimate?

How can I insert a field that shows the sales rep that prepared the estimate?

I have already used the (3) available estimate fields and still need to add a field that would insert the "Users" name next to "Estimate Prepared By:"  %NewUserLableValue%.

Is there a way to do this?
