Context: I am in a not-for-profit and have adapted the CRM for our needs (needs further refinement). We offer a knowledge mobilization support and consultation service for researchers. This service includes multiple options for the research team to choose from. The services/deliverables selected are in one field. In another, we have the delivery date (which varies by options selected and research team). And in another field, we have the cost (which we'd love to integrate with invoicing). Note that researchers could select more than one of the same deliverables (e.g., a webinar) each of which is to be delivered at a different time.
Issue: I'd like to set up the fields such that each item in a list of services/deliverables provided is associated with a delivery date and a cost. Any help is most appreciated.
