I'm using the new 2021 Outlook Add-in and have IMAP Integration so I can see emails inside my contacts record. 

When it comes to potentials, the emails section doesn't not always pull the relevant emails. I understand is hard for the system to sort that, but If I wanted to specifically make an email available under a potential, could I pin it manually?
