How can I prove a zoho crm mass email was actually sent?

Hi, I use Zoho CRM, and I use the automation to send notification of appointments to all email adresses registered under a certain process.

Nevertheless, some people are saying they are not receiving those automatic emails that zoho sends.

I can't find any register of the emails that were sent, where are they registered?

How can I prove to other people on my team that those emails were actually sent?

Some people receive it, and some don't- and this has nothing to do with the spam filter, the emails that were not received are not on the spam list as well
