Here is what I am trying to achieve with Zoho Forms and Zoho CRM integration. It would be great if someone can help us!

We record lead information in our Zoho CRM Lead module and send a Pre-assessment form (Design in Zoho forms) to that lead. Sometimes, a new lead forgets to complete the Pre-assessment form. How can we send a reminder to the new lead to complete the pre-assessment form?

I was thinking if somehow we can find the status of the Pre-assessment form if my lead has completed or no and based on that status, send reminder using workflow.

Any advice or suggestion?
